At SINGER, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home appliances and sewing equipment. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered or removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the unit, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
